I am a young women getting married early next year, and like any Bride to be, you want to look your best on your wedding day, and drop a couple of dress sizes!
I have always been dubious of one-2-one personal training and slightly embarrassed to go ahead with it. But I was recommended Neil through a friend, and the minute I met him all my worries had left me, and he immediately made feel relaxed. Before we even started training, we took time to find out more about me and what I wanted to achieve. Neil then went on to work out a easy to follow nutrition plan, and has since help me throughout 2011 to meet and EXCEED weekly targets.
I have recommended Neil to friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so.

Neil Robert has been my personal trainer for the past 2 years after I underwent bariatric surgery in August 2009. I was not confident about training in the gym and found it difficult and somewhat daunting to approach a personal trainer. Neil has a very outgoing and friendly manner which made it very easy to speak to him about my realistic goals. Neil has given me invaluable support in my training and dietary advice, he has helped me to lower my body fat from 60% to around 20%.
I can honestly say that without his unwavering support and guidance I would not have been able to achieve such incredible life changing goals, he has an amazing wealth of knowledge and although it can seem very difficult to understand the science involved, Neil has the people skills to relate this knowledge in layman's terms, his advice and motivation is very clear and straightforward. Neil has the ability and talent to motive but most importantly empower his clients to stay focussed and look at the bigger picture. It is my personal opinion that he is very unique in his approach to personal training and would prove invaluable to any sporting environment.
